Sean Jefferson, 34, from Walsall, and Amy Leigh Clark, 33, from Lichfield, have been charged with the murder of a five-week-old baby.

Both individuals face multiple charges including murder, causing or allowing the death of a child, and two counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.

Additionally, they have been charged with three counts of causing or allowing a child to suffer serious physical harm.

The defendants appeared at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre on May 2, 2025, and were remanded into custody.

They are scheduled to appear at Stafford Crown Court on June 11, 2025.
