Linklogis and the XRP Ledger have formed a strategic partnership to revolutionize digital supply chain finance by removing barriers in cross-border asset settlement and improving international trade processes.
This collaboration will explore future areas such as stablecoins, smart contract-based trading of supply chain assets, and integrating blockchain with AI to create a more efficient and innovative global trade finance infrastructure.
The partnership marks a significant milestone in digital finance, combining blockchain technology and AI to build a more stable, efficient, and forward-looking global trade ecosystem.
Ripple recently settled a nearly five-year lawsuit with the U.S. SEC, paying a $125 million penalty for securities violations, with both sides dropping their appeals, as approved by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Following this legal victory, Ripple’s ecosystem has stabilized, increased liquidity, and expanded its use cases, aligning with its goal of evolving into a comprehensive financial services provider through strategic acquisitions.
Ripple’s CTO, David Schwartz, announced plans to operate a high-performance server for the XRP Ledger to support its expanding network infrastructure.
Launched in 2012 by developers David Schwartz, Jed McCaleb, and Arthur Britto, the XRP Ledger aims to improve value transfer systems and has gained support from Ripple and other partners to promote decentralization and adoption.
In 2024, Linklogis helped establish SuperFi Labs, a DeFi innovation lab focused on on-chain consumer products, advancing digital currencies and decentralized finance development.
Ripple is gaining a competitive edge over rivals like USDT and USDC through technological innovations and strategic collaborations, which enhance liquidity and settlement speed to meet the needs of both institutional and retail investors.
Founded in 2016 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2021, Linklogis is one of China’s largest supply chain finance fintech platforms, connecting large buyers, suppliers, and financial institutions to improve liquidity access for smaller firms.
Since 2019, Linklogis has operated in 27 countries, processing RMB 20.7 billion in assets in 2024, and has participated in digital banking and asset tokenization projects, including the first tokenized trade asset-backed security.
The future of supply chain finance looks promising, driven by technological advancements, deeper collaborations, and evolving regulations, supported by the strengthened XRP Ledger and Linklogis’s expanding network.
This partnership builds on Linklogis’s recent collaboration with Standard Chartered to launch SCeChain, a deep-tier supply chain finance platform aimed at improving settlement times and transparency, despite regulatory and market challenges.
