Camden Assembly has launched Independent Venues Week 2026, running January 28 to 31, three nights of live music to spotlight emerging talent.

The programme is built around collaboration with new talent promoters and continues Camden Assembly’s history of incubating acts that later rise to stardom.

Camden Assembly has returned to independent ownership under Propaganda Independent Venues, led by Dan Ickowitz-Seidler and Richard Buck, with artist-friendly policies including support slots for local artists, fairer promoter ticketing, and no merch fees for artists.

Camden Assembly’s programme draws on its legacy of nurturing talent, from Ed Sheeran and The Strokes to Adele, with newer breakthroughs like The Last Dinner Party and Mimi Webb.

Friday, January 30 features Soaked headlining, with Big Trousers and Skinner offering a night of raw punk energy and experimental post-punk elements.

Saturday, January 31 presents Hot Vox’s lineup including Third Party Incidents, Wild Oceans, and Cade, delivering chaotic stagecraft and immersive alt-rock.

Wednesday, January 28 opens the week with Creeping Jean (Creeping Jean) headlining a fuzz-heavy indie rock set as the kickoff.
