Samsung and NTT DoCoMo Revolutionize Network Quality with AI-RAN, Boost User Experience

Samsung Electronics and NTT DoCoMo have validated an AI-based communication quality optimization technology (AI-RAN) that analyzes individual user usage and real-time network conditions to predict quality degradation and automatically adjust network settings for each user.
Industry leaders stressed that the breakthrough moves toward user-centric, standardized AI-RAN, with Samsung's Jeong Jin-guk highlighting improved user experience and ongoing standardization efforts, and Docomo’s Masafumi Masuda calling it a pivotal step for a user-centric future network.
