A nationwide, 24-hour AI counseling and public service system will be rolled out across welfare, safety, taxes, agriculture, and food, with an AI National Secretary coordinating major services and enabling access via private platforms like Kakao and Naver.

Public AI services will be unified under the AI National Secretary, expanding platforms and partnerships to broaden reach, including enhanced Government24 and Benefit Informer and collaborations with Kakao and Naver.
