Bitcoin.com and Dinari Unveil Tokenized U.S. Equities for 84 Million Wallet Users
September 15, 2026
Dinari and Bitcoin.com have launched an integration that brings tokenized U.S. equities (dShares) to eligible Bitcoin.com users in the United States.
Bitcoin.com’s massive user base, with over 84 million self-custody wallets, is leveraged to extend Dinari’s U.S. distribution strategy through the partnership.
Bitcoin.com is deploying Dinari’s Embedded Trading App, a turnkey front end that lets partners offer dShares without building investing infrastructure, while Dinari handles trading, KYC/compliance, and back-end services.
Dinari’s custodial model for tokenized equities keeps each dShare connected to the underlying U.S. security via a licensed custodian, supporting dividends, corporate actions, fractional ownership, and NBBO redemption where applicable.
Dinari aims to distribute tokenized equities across multiple platforms, expanding access through onchain infrastructure and existing consumer platforms rather than centralizing on a single destination.
This launch showcases a scalable distribution model for onchain U.S. equities across fintechs, wallets, and exchanges, with Dinari providing the regulated backend.
The integration unlocks access to 724 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs, including the full S&P 500, within the Bitcoin.com Wallet ecosystem.
