MRN acts as the customs declaration reference, while the EORI number identifies the company in EU customs systems, together enabling visibility of import records tied to inventory in European warehouses.

There is a 60-day grace period for sellers to collect and upload MRN and EORI data; after that, new inbound shipments to EU fulfillment centers may be blocked if records are incomplete, though existing shipments are not immediately affected.
