Reimagine-it v2.4.2: Transform HTML with One Command for Enhanced Design and Functionality
August 27, 2026
reimagine-it v2.4.2 is a one-command tool that transforms an existing HTML file into a functional, aesthetically improved page using only the original file’s nouns, dates, colors, links, and numbers.
the command to use is: npx [email protected] -i mypage.html -o redesigned.html, which outputs a real page you can open.
measured results show strong performance: 57/57 unit tests pass, all tokens meet a 100/100 usability benchmark, fidelity averages 99.7 with a minimum of 80, and seven end-user examples achieve 100% fidelity.
the system now surfaces links and emails on every token through a shared Source-index footer, so content is consistently accessible across tokens.
the docs have been improved to prevent drift: a docs-drift CI job regenerates case tables and fails the build if they diverge from ground truth.
the update in v2.4.2 raises the fidelity floor to 80% across all token×source cells, ensuring every token retains at least 80% fidelity to the source content and clickable phrases are preserved.
all 15 design tokens are now exposed in the browser extension: webpage, landing, dashboard, infographic, cinematic, artistic, photography, svg, 3js, simulation, glass, editorial, motion, gradient, and showcase.
the 15 design tokens support a range of page types, including webpage, landing, dashboard, KPI dashboards, infographics, posters, editorials, fashion/photography layouts, SVG/3D/GL visuals, and showcases, covering both content-first and visually rich designs.
try-it-no-install option is available: live gallery, repository, and npm command are provided for immediate use without setup.
