Mayara Loiola Ataide, 34, and Gevaldo Tavares Dos Santos, 46, are accused of murder and arson following a deadly Streatham house fire.

The fire broke out in a home converted into bedsits, resulting in the death of a 49-year-old man.

In addition to murder, Ataide and Dos Santos are charged with arson with the intent to endanger life.

Authorities have notified the deceased's family, who are being supported through this time.
