Police Hunt for Driver After Fatal Hit-and-Run Kills Young Mother on E-Bike

Alana Armstrong, a 25-year-old mother from Tibshelf, tragically lost her life in a hit-and-run incident while riding an e-bike on Batley Lane, Pleasley, on November 26, 2024.
The collision occurred around 8 PM when a dark-colored 4x4, identified as a Land Rover Discovery, struck her e-bike, causing her to fall off.
Ms. Armstrong was pronounced dead at the scene, while a male rider in his 20s, who was with her, sustained serious injuries that required hospitalization.
