RAYE, renowned for her work as a songwriter for top artists, is honored with the Hal David Starlight Award for her significant impact on the music industry.

In 2024 she notched a record six Brit Award wins, and in 2025 she received Grammy nominations across categories including Live at the Royal Albert Hall and Best New Artist.

She previously earned a Grammy for Best Song for Social Change (Harry Belafonte Prize) and will be recognized alongside other 2026 inductees at the Songwriters Hall of Fame ceremony.

Her album features collaborations with artists like Al Green and the London Symphony Orchestra, with production from Mike Sabath, Tom Richards, and Punctual, and includes tracks such as Nightingale Lane and Click Clack Symphony (the latter featuring Hans Zimmer).

Her chart performance includes the single Where Is My Husband! reaching No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 and the album This Music May Contain Hope reaching No. 11 on the Billboard 200, alongside a No. 1 UK singles position for Where Is My Husband! and her first UK No. 1 album.

Her forthcoming sophomore album This Music May Contain Hope is poised for her first No. 1 in the UK, a strong US debut, and a global Top 10 presence, with the UK No. 1 single Where Is My Husband! leading international certifications.

RAYE is on a busy touring schedule, including a 51-date European/UK run and North American dates, and will join Bruno Mars on The Romantic Tour in North America this summer.

In the UK, Where Is My Husband! topped the Official Singles Chart, and This Music May Contain Hope marked her first No. 1 album there.

Upcoming shows include a European/UK trek titled This Tour May Contain New Music with stops at major venues such as London’s O2, plus North American dates at Radio City Music Hall and the Greek Theatre, along with 26 Bruno Mars stadium dates in North America.

This year’s Songwriters Hall of Fame ceremony will induct Taylor Swift, Alanis Morissette, Kenny Loggins, and Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of KISS, with RAYE appearing among the honorees.

The 2026 Songwriters Hall of Fame ceremony program will include these inductees, alongside RAYE’s award recognition.
