Dolly Parton is launching the Tennessean Travel Stop, a flagship facility in Cornersville, Tennessee, opening June 24, as part of her expanding hospitality and brand footprint.

The initiative reflects Parton’s strategy of diversifying into multiple industries—hospitality, transportation-inspired experiences, and branded consumer goods—under the Dolly umbrella.

Dining options include DLY BBQ, Dolly’s Cup of Ambition Coffee, and a full-service cafe and restaurant, alongside a tour-bus-inspired photo backdrop reflecting Parton’s early road years.

A grand opening will feature a large-scale celebration with broad public participation, spotlighting the travel stop’s music program and hospitality experiences.

The Cornersville site is located at Exit 22 off Interstate 65 in Marshall County and is designed to host a main stage and ongoing live performances.

This travel stop expansion complements Parton’s hospitality portfolio, with parallel projects like a Songteller Hotel, a downtown Nashville museum, and other brand extensions in development.

Live music is a central element, with local musicians and bands invited to apply for performances during the grand opening and ongoing; a dedicated submission form is available for bookings.

An outdoor stage is planned to showcase local Tennessee talent in the coming weeks, even as Parton herself steps back from performances for health reasons.

The project sits within Parton’s broader cultural footprint, alongside Dollywood, the Imagination Library, and other ventures that amplify her philanthropic and creative reach.

The space emphasizes comfort, modern amenities, and hospitality-focused design to create a welcoming stop for travelers and the local community.

The travel stop will offer fuel, dining, shopping for exclusive Tennessee-themed merchandise, and a traveler-friendly atmosphere designed to feel like a home away from home for families, truck drivers, and all travelers.

Entertainment and experiences will include murals, a tour bus display, a main stage lounge, an upstairs lounge, and additional event spaces to host performances and gatherings.
