Pihakis Restaurant Group is facing more than $23 million in lawsuits and liens from vendors, lenders, and landlords, with new filings raising the total since May as financial distress spreads across the portfolio.

American Express National Bank has filed new lawsuits against the group, seeking repayment of substantial unpaid debt.
Joyland’s East Nashville and Sylvan Park locations have permanently closed amid the financial troubles that also affected the 2024 expansion partnership with Joyland.
