The award honors countries that exemplify leading global standards in governance, transparency, sustainable development, and digital government, using indicators assessed with Ernst & Young.

Paraguay’s recognition was announced with congratulatory remarks from Sheikh Mohamed and participation from dignitaries, including Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
