This initiative marks a major push by TVS and ALT to advance sustainable urban mobility and support the growth of electric vehicle adoption in India.
TVS Motor Company has partnered with ALT Mobility to deploy up to 3,000 electric three-wheelers in India during the fiscal year 2025-2026, aiming to promote sustainable urban and last-mile mobility.
Under this collaboration, TVS will supply the vehicles, while ALT Mobility will handle procurement, leasing, and financing through its ecosystem to facilitate the deployment.
ALT's Drive-to-own leasing model will be used, offering 24/7 vehicle monitoring and pre-emptive maintenance to ensure high vehicle uptime and better asset utilization.
The deployment will include both passenger and cargo variants, with models and specifications finalized to meet customer needs, and will be carried out through TVS's authorized dealer network and ALT's sales points across India.
Anuj Gupta, Co-founder and CBO of ALT Mobility, stated that the partnership provides access to industry-leading vehicles and technology, facilitating the expansion of leasing and fleet operations.
