Honda cuts the e:Ny1 price and enhances EV incentives, offering up to £8,750 off via a £5,000 Deposit Contribution plus a £3,750 Honda EV Grant.

The Honda EV Grant applies to both finance and cash purchases and can be combined with the deposit contribution when buying the e:Ny1 through PCP or HP.

Purchases during the offer include the Honda Customer Care Package: five free services, two years of extended guarantee, and two years of roadside assistance.

The promotional period runs from December 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026, and covers both the Advance and Elegance variants with 0% APR available.

Competitors such as Hyundai Kona Electric, Jeep Avenger, Peugeot e-3008, and Volvo EX30 are noted, with skepticism that the e:Ny1 will be a top seller and suggestions it may be phased out amid lukewarm sales.

The e:Ny1 supports 100 kW DC rapid charging, delivering 10% to 80% in about 45 minutes.

Offers run through late February 2026 with vehicle registration required by the end of March 2026 to qualify.

The car is equipped with a 68.8 kWh battery, a 201 bhp motor, 310 Nm of torque, and a WLTP range of up to 256 miles; SENSING safety features including Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, and Collision Mitigation Braking are standard.

Orders for the e:Ny1 with the EV Grant are open, valid for purchases made before the incentive period ends on 28 February next year.

Honda executives say the program reinforces commitment to electric mobility and makes the e:Ny1 more appealing, providing buyers confidence and peace of mind.
